Lucky Duck Studios has been shortlisted for Aggregator Platform at the EGR Italy Awards 2026, joining a field that includes some of the most prominent technology providers in the iGaming industry.
“The nomination marks an important step in the development of a young project built around creativity, technology and artificial intelligence,” the company said in a statement. In just a few months, Lucky Duck Studios has expanded its portfolio to 12 live games, while eight titles have been certified for the Italian and UK markets.
The project appears in the shortlist as “Lucky Duck Studios — powered by Hub Innovation & SlotMatic”.
The winners will be announced on October 20, 2026, at the Rome Cavalieri.
Lucky Duck Studios joins an international field
The EGR Italy Awards shortlist places Lucky Duck Studios alongside ten international finalists: Capecod Gaming, EGT Digital, GOL Games, IGT PlayDigital, InnProjekt, Light & Wonder, NuxGame, REEVO, Sportradar and TUKO.
The Aggregator Platform category focuses on four key areas: scalability and integration, jurisdictional compliance, commercial success, and platform stability and flexibility.
The 2026 edition comprises 29 categories for operators, affiliates and service providers active in the Italian market, with entries covering projects and results developed between August 2025 and July 2026.
Creativity and technology drive portfolio growth
Lucky Duck Studios describes itself as a developer of slot games that combine distinctive visual identities, mechanics, bonus features and storytelling, turning creative concepts into engaging products designed for international markets.
Supporting this process is SlotMatic, an AI multi-agent platform that accompanies game development from the initial concept to production-ready components.

At the core of the platform is AGENTIX, a proprietary system coordinating specialised agents across the creative, mathematical and production stages. SlotMatic’s stated performance figures include an 80% reduction in development time, a 50% decrease in cost per game, capacity for more than 100 slots a year and the creation of a playable prototype in under one hour.

The EGR Italy Awards winners are selected by independent external judges, with Deloitte verifying the final scores and confirming the winners and any highly commended entries.
“Lucky Duck Studios will arrive in Rome as one of 11 Aggregator Platform finalists, earning a place alongside major industry names only a few months after launch. The result highlights the pace of its development and the potential of a model combining creativity, artificial intelligence and game production technology,” the company added.
