Three projects spanning affiliate marketing, sports engagement technology and game development have been named finalists at the SiGMA North America Awards 2026.
Punters Lounge is shortlisted for Best Affiliate 2026, Betlyzer for Best AI & Innovation Solution 2026, and SlotMatic for Best Game Studio 2026. Public voting is open through the official SiGMA voting page until 31 August.
The three nominations point to different areas of the iGaming value chain: a betting community, an AI engine built around sports content and conversion, and a platform focused on how slot games move from concept to deployment.
Punters Lounge begins a new international chapter
The Punters Lounge nomination comes during a new phase for the betting community. Under the stewardship of TAG Media, the brand is working with Hub Affiliations through the Premium Operator Partnership Framework, created to support international development while strengthening reporting, governance, partner management and operational continuity.
The collaboration also has a personal story behind it. Hub Affiliations co-founder Charles Herisson said the first conversation with TAG Media CEO Tom Galanis took place after a chance encounter on an escalator in Las Vegas. What began informally developed into a partnership connecting London, Gibraltar and Naples, with a shared focus on protecting the identity of Punters Lounge as it enters new markets.
“Our job is not simply to grow Punters Lounge. Our job is to protect what made it special,” Herisson said when announcing the collaboration. He also paid tribute to the legacy of Paul Ross, whose family roots in Naples gave the partnership an additional personal connection.
Betlyzer turns sports content into daily interaction
Betlyzer approaches growth from a different direction. Its technology is designed to help betting operators create content, capture traffic and maintain conversations with sports audiences.
Betlyzer Creator enables brands to build an AI influencer that reacts to match highlights, produces predictions and speaks to users on a daily basis, while the platform manages player and ball tracking, editing and commentary. Betlyzer Convert extends that interaction to Telegram, where a configurable AI agent can answer messages and guide users through registration and deposit journeys.
“The nomination reflects the growing role of AI not only in content production, but in the connection between media, audience engagement and measurable acquisition,” the company said.
SlotMatic focuses on the production process
Developed by Hub Innovation, SlotMatic addresses another part of the market: the production of slot games. The platform combines AI-supported workflows, creative automation, mathematical modelling, large-scale simulation and built-in validation in an end-to-end development environment.
According to the company, the current workflow can reduce slot development time by up to 80% and the cost per game by up to 50%. Its Best Game Studio 2026 nomination recognises a model that aims to give studios and operators more room to test, iterate and personalise content without separating creativity from mathematical and technical discipline.
Mexico City brings North and Latin America together
The awards ceremony will take place on 1 September 2026 at the Hyatt Regency Mexico City, as part of SiGMA North America. The wider summit will run from 1–3 September at Centro Banamex and is expected to welcome 4,000 delegates, including 1,000 operators and 850 affiliates, alongside more than 150 speakers.
The final result combines votes from the judging panel, weighted at 70%, and the public vote, weighted at 30%. The black-tie awards night will also include a charity auction supporting SiGMA Foundation initiatives.
Voting remains open until 31 August. The complete shortlist and ballot are available on the official SiGMA North America Awards page.

NYCE commentary
The three nominations illustrate how quickly the boundaries between media, acquisition technology and game production are converging. Punters Lounge represents audience trust, Betlyzer focuses on turning sports content into measurable interaction, and SlotMatic applies AI to the production layer. Together, they show that growth increasingly depends on connected capabilities rather than a single product.
Awards create visibility, but buyers should still assess each proposition on operational fit. Relevant questions include data governance, integration depth, evidence of conversion or production gains, and the ability to support regulated markets at scale. The strongest outcome from this recognition would be turning industry attention into transparent case studies and durable commercial partnerships.
